Default B0026 and B0043

Hi, I have a 2001 Monte Carlo LS, 3.4l. A while back the subframe fell out - my mistake 🙄. And the steering shaft got pulled from the rack and pinion. I replaced the broken steering shaft and the rack, but the steering wheel has no power and the air bag light is on for codes B0026 and B0043. I was wondering if either of those codes have anything to do with the clock spring, or if they are seperate modules, or something, inside of the steering column.

Any information would be greatly appreciated

As far as the steering wheel having no power idk unless there's no fluid running to the rack.
