Got some minor work on the LEXUS today. Replaced the Drivers side mirror and fixed the drvs Front door panel bolted on right. Just a little work to let the Mrs know that I care about her car too.
The door panel has always, Flapped in the Wind. While We were away for a weekend someone thought it would be nice to attempt to remove the mirror with there car. I got a new one off EBay for About $35. Put it in and it works fine. But the Mrs hasn't been in it yet. So I just got a smidgen of Love. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to get some good Love. Bit I'm Happy with my work. And she will be too! I Hope!

Nice work it's always nice to do something special for your other half plus there is something to be said about pride of ownership

 

I had a productive day detailing the daily driver (the stang). Even though it won't last very long as it is going to snow here again on Tues.

Thanks guys! It's one of my New Years Resolutions. One I can keep? Get the old lady's car back to shape So she Luvs it again. She is Jealous that my Monte looks better than her Lex. I'm jealius that i would trust the Lex to get me to Seattle and bach but can't trust the Monte to get me to work on a daily. But YellaJAC Well be Peaked this year too. HEE HEE HEE!
Got a few things to do for the Lex, Hub bearings, New rims, some body work to get her ready for Painting. And some new seat covers. Oh and the first thing is to install the A/C compressor that I've had for it since September. Or she'll have my "Everything's" hanging as a Hood ornament! That would not be a good "Thing".
