Hope someone can help, I just picked up a 95 MC Z34 . I picked up cheap, as the gentleman couldn't get it to start. Bypassed the VATS and runs great, but the speedometer doesn't work and the antilock brake light is on. I had a couple people tell me it is the speed sensor in than trans that is bad, and to replace that and both will be fixed. and had others tell me they are unrelated, and that the speedometer itself needs to be replaced. Don't want to just start buying parts and throwing at it. Has anybody had this problem? or know if the antilock also uses the speed sensor in the trans?
