Hello fellow MC lovers and owners! I've been working on a project, 2001 Monte Carlo SS. I replaced the engine and transmission in it. Everything's finished mechanically, But I've come across an electrical issue. I believe its the Anti-Theft Lock, but I could be completely wrong, I put a video in the attachments so you can see what I'm experiencing. If anyone has any idea or knows what it is, please let me know, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
