There's five settings on the blower but I only seem to get service on the second setting. Setting one blows (I can hear it) but doesn't seem to produce any temperature difference and setting two is too cold. 3,4 and 5 blow stronger but with no more temperature difference than 2. The temp control is all the way to cold in each case. Is this common? Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
