Default 94 degrees and no ac

So im finally getting around to the heat stuck on the drivers side (duel climate controls) in the 02 monte carlo. Only using 2 vents on the passengers side for ac is rough.

anyway, I took the temperature actuator off for the drivers side and spun the axle (for lack of better words) that goes threw the actuator and i have cold air! felt great!

so i decided cheapest part to replace first would be the actuator. 70 bucks at the local dealer and no good looks like i have a spare....

On to the more expensive -I took the duel zone controller out to get the part number, and lost the spring for the blend door (zone control ****).

so compliments of my zebra pen spring, its back in.

160 bucks and waiting for the control.

I hope it gets nice for a couple days.
