Default 6th gen door/fender insulation

So on the passenger side of my MC the insulation, that is in the fender where the front of door meets the fender, is not in place as it is on the driver side, it is crumpled down toward the bottom.
Can it be put back in place without removing the fender?
I tried one of those little grabber things, like for a dropped screw but it wasn't strong enough to pull it up.
Has anyone dealt with this issue before, if so, how did you fix it ?

Can I edit title?
I accidentally age my car, it is 6th sorry

Thanks BBMike, I like the vids from them, but the door isn't sagging. It's the insulation/weather barrier in the fender

When I worked in automotive interiors we would put the sound absorber pads on with a glue that is supposed to remain semi sticky after applied. I don't think you would be able to just pull it back into place as there is probably a portion of it that is still in the semi sticky part, so it would more than likely just be more of a headache trying to do it.
