Default 2005 Monte SS supercharged problem

Today I started my car, was sitting and the car died while at idle. It has been dying intermittently, so I thought nothing of it, until I drove about a mile. It felt like someone was behind my car kicking it, almost as if it was going to stall, but was intermittent and only happened about every 2-3 minutes. But did not improve, only got worse. My RPMs would rev up to about 2 when it happened. It felt like it was going to die on me while I was driving it. I would accelerate a little more, and it would stop but then would reoccur. Any ideas as to what could be going on?

Either your MAF sensor or your IAC sensor, both on the throttle body.

Might as well change your fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, and wires while you're at it

Most likely the IAC is malfunctioning or stuck open and needs to be replaced
