Default 2004 Monte Carlo Ls l64 swap icm issues

I swapped my running 3400 for the l67 from a 02 ssei. I used a 02 mc ss wiring harness. Tried to use 02 ss pcm. No security light no crank. Tried a 03 gtp pcm same thing. I plan on buying an pcm to work with my car. Back to problem at hand I figured out it was a no spark issue. Tested the pink wire at the icm and it is reading as a ground. Went to test ground and I'm getting nothing there. So my question is, is the wiring for the pcm different I have checked the fuse that it runs off of and it is getting 12v

A few things jump out at me.

A 2002 Monte Carlo wiring harness will not have all of the same sensors as an L67 wiring harness. Have you spliced in extra connectors?

You need a PCM programmed with your VIN.

I extended that Evap perge wires and that's all I really had to do got the rest to work I don't have any loose connectors nor do I and loose pigtails. I understand that I have to get the pcm flashed but it's SHOULD have power to the icm without the right pcm

Got the Icm to have power and ground. The crank is receiving power just not sending signal. I replaced the cps still no spark
