Opinion Needed: 2003 monte carlo misfire

2003 monte carlo misfire
i have a 2003 monte carlo with 3.4 had lifter tap replaced all of them and pushrods started it and it was mising replased plugs wires checked all wire connections and hoses it only misses at idile im out of ideas of what it could be

could be your ignition control module located under the coils, they go bad and sometimes the ground on them gets dirty or the wires themselves rot out over time and need to be replaced, just replaced one this winter in my grand prix and the coil itself actually cracked, not sure if there was water in it and it froze or if it was related to the ICM going bad.
