It's fine in the very short while its cold, once it warms up its starts again.
I think I will buy a MAF sensor myself and swap it out again.

 

Strange problem, simple fix.
My 2000 monte would drive for about ten miles then die like you turned off the key. Or if I let it idle, after it came to temp it would die. Maf? no. Map no. Fuel filter no. Fuel pump no.
Used a tool that plugs into the spark plug wire with a light that shows spark. Let it warm up, then it died. Tried to start, no spark! Kept trying, spark came back, it started.
Solution-Under the coil pack is the ignition control module, under the ICM is a ground wire. Cleaned it, no more problem!!!
