Sounds like its time for new pads and rotors.

 

Lol sounds about right with my 01 ss sometimes, then my tc and abs actually stay off, lol my sorta bypass to this, is manually flipping the tc off before u drive, which isn't the best suggestion if ur not good with throttle control and driving really horrid whether conditions
