2000 SS Service Traction System, and Won't Crank
#4
Since so many things are going wrong, I'm afraid to say it could be something stupid like a bad ground, or even your BCM starting to go...
Usually the ABS Light and Trac Off light means a wheel hub assembly isn't sending the right information to the PCM and the car shuts those off automatically. But since everything else is lighting up, perhaps it's more serious.
I used to live in Hawley, PA (think about 45 mins from Scranton) Now I'm down in Elkins Park. I'm always driving through Lehigh Valley (Rt. 22 -> 33) when I visit my parents :P

Ouch. Yeah, it kinda sounds that way...
Well, if you can drive on up to Hazleton, Hazle Auto Parts (http://www.hazleautoparts.com/) has 'em for $25. I just looked on car-part.com to see prices. I have no idea if this is doable for you, just thought I'd throw it out.
Good Luck!

same problem
your story is exactly like mine with a 2002 Monte carlo SS. started with the traction control lights. then the turn signal buzzing. now it starts after 15-45 min of constant key turning. nothing, nothing, nothing, and then all of a sudden it turns over and starts.
let me know if you replaced the bcm and if it fixed your problems. i would really like to find out. I've seen other similar posts which state that it could be the ignition switch or pcm as well.
