Any ideas guys?
Well i got home took the belt off and cleaned that pulley up real good but its still squeaking. I did notice that the pulley does not seem to move up and down but does move in and out a little bit. should it move at all and if so how much is ok?

If its the big one on top that would probably be the power steering. Its hard to tell which one is the sound without actually hearing it

Unless your steering is heavy, I don't think your pump would be going out. Im betting your harmonic pulley is going out like mine as well, its one of the things that go wrong with our models of the car. Try this, try starting it up and listen on your passenger side tire, and see if its louder there than under the hood, with the hood closed ofcourse
