05 S-Charged blend door actuator
I am in the process of checking that.
Ok here is the update on the AC issue. After replaced the actuator, my husband has an idea to jump the compressor and TA DA! The AC works! All fuese are fine and I replayed the AC relay. Could this be just the AC Relay connector?

So in the end the AC Compressor was NOT coming on?? I know the system will not activate the compressor if there is not enough freon in the system.
Relays/fuses/circuit breakers do go bad from time to time. They age like anything else. I have seen where a rear-defroster on an '06 Impala did not work because the connector in the fuse box was not holding the blade of the relay (wiggle the relay, defroster activates, fix was remove the fuse panel, disassemble the fuse panel, and tighten the forks that contact the relay).
Sounds like you replaced that relay, it's probably the cheapest thing to try. If you still have failures, have someone check the A/C system to ensure you have enough freon in it.

I had the compressor charged with 2.3 lbs of freon and no leaks where found. So yes, the compressor was not coming on tell my husband removed the plug from the compressor housing and jumped the compressor is when cild air started to blow from the AC.
Two hrs and multi auto parts stores later, things are sound like either the BCM or the low pressure switch (its $50). Waiting for the engine bay to cool then we will remove that switch, clean it and pray. If its the BCM... Forget that.

Well, you're outta my league with A/C work. But I'd probably try swapping out the low pressure switch instead of the BCM first. As I understand the BCM need programmed with a Tech II scan tool.
