Default 05 S-Charged blend door actuator

Hey everyone, I have a lack of A/C in my 05 MC S-Charged for the past 2.5 years. Living in North California in the valley, I have grown tired of sweating in the 100+ heat in the summer time. I have replaced the HVAC dual climate controller and had the A/C checked for leaks and pumped with 2.3lbs of fresh freon and still NO A/C. The heater works very well and blows strong on both sides. I have replaced the A/C relay (its in the engine bay, passenger side just behind the S-Charged cone) and still no A/C. I was told it is the "blend door actuator."

Would anyone know where the actuator is? I was told it is in the dash but where at?

Thanks!

Everything that manages the climate control is on a big black box behind the dash (known as an HVAC module). I believe you MIGHT be able to get to the blend door actuators without ripping the entire dash out (I just ripped my dash out to replace the evaporator core inside my HVAC module).
I have pics of dash removal and the HVAC module and some of the HVAC disassembly in this thread:

No A/C on both sides? I had all heat on my drivers side and it was the actuator. Quite simple to replace if you have a long extension and a swivel 5.5mm. The pass side is not so easy.

Pretty common. Like 30 bucks from the dealer. If you look up above the gas pedal on the side of the air box you can see it.

Sparky's Answers: 2004 Chevrolet Impala, No Heat Driver's Side, Code B0408

I did the re calabration as said to do at the last paragraph and I seen the door move but when I turn the AC or heat on, the door does not move...

I know the link is for ab Impala but it worked. I will work on the car more tomorrow.

It's easier to just unhook the battery for re-calibration, pulling the fuse is hit and miss. You did make sure the door moved freely, didn't you? If it got stuck for any reason, the actuator wont turn it.
