go with either a tune on your existing PCM to delete the code completly.. (a friend with a tuner could do it) or get the 02 emulator kit $44.99... The code is saying that the catalytic threshold is being exceeded. In all actuality its not going to mess up anything... Ive been driving around with that code for a week now until my tuner gets here.
