Default 04 SS starting problems

Whats up guys. I decided to keep my monte instead of trading it in so im gonna start fixing it up little by little. One issue im having is when i start the car it feels like it starts "Hard". The whole front of the car shakes ALOT (ive owned 2 buicks with 3800II and neither of them did this). It kind of feels like the engine is jumping around too much.
Another issue ive been having is that after i park the car...if i go outside 15 min later the car starts right up with no problems. But if i let it sit for an hour or 2 it cranks hard for about 3 seconds and then finally starts up. But i leave it sitting overnight (for 8 hrs or more) It will start right up. Can anyone make any sense of this? Since my mechanic wants to charge me $80 for diagnostics...and i dont have that right now. Any and all responses are appeciated.

Fuel pressure regulator? But if you can even pay for diag, how are you going to buy parts, or even gas?

It sounds to me like you might have a leaky injector...

P.S.- The only reason im keeping this junker is because they only wanted to give me $1500 on a trade in at the dealership...turns out they did a carfax and it was in a front end collision...so they basically told me they dont want it...so what choice do i have
