03 SS, where is the Head Light Relay?
The fuze cover on the left side of the dash says there is one there, but it's not where it says it is. i read somewhere, not on this forum, that it is behind the fuze box and you have to remove the fuze box to get to it. is that right? there is no way to get to it from underneath? i looked, but i'm not sure what i'm looking for.
