Hey guys pulling my hair out I bought an 02 Monte carlo SS non running other guy gave up on it any it has no injector pulse but runs on starting fluid it has new crank sensor new ecm and bcm replaced also and no codes and no security issues and all fuses been checked any ideas out there what it could be???
