Who all has been to the super chevy car show? Im thinking about entering in the monte for just the sunday show, since this year its both saturday and sunday. Its in tucson which is 1.5-2 hours away a nice little drive.

 

I have been to the Super Chevy Show at Gateway Motorsports Park ..
I won two times with my monte carlo SS got a jacket & a plaque.

 

I think I would have a good chance at placing if I end up going. Still looking for that first award for the monte. Just came up short on saturday. Just need to clean up the engine more that was it came down to.

At Super Chevy Show at Gateway Motorsports Park. you get to drive on the race track. here's a few pic's..

 

I would LOOOOOVE to drive on the track. This is going to be a last min decision for me. I will be preparing the car as if I was going for sure. I think worst case scenerio I will probably go Sunday only and show the car.

 

Looks like im going to the super chevy show on sunday. I havent deceided if I will go on saturday as well. My sister that lives in tucson will be up here in phoenix that weekend and I really dont want to get a hotel. But I will be there sunday for sure. Ill get pics.

That is so cool Jerry your were able to get your sweet Monte out on a track like that. Had to be waaay to much fun! Extra nice wins you pulled off there, awards you can be proud of them for sure!

 

Your the man, don't you ever sleep? Seems like your eating and breathing Monte Carlo as of late. Very best of luck at the Super Chevy event Chris, just know your going to win something there, never ever have seen an Intimidator series at one of these events. Kill em with your Super Clean Monte!
