Sorry to hear about selling it but hopefully it works out for you to show it one last time. Hope you can make it. If you can, let me know and you can meet up with some of us in Ann Arbor that morning and cruise up to Charlotte.

 

Oh so Bad news i told Matt,
My boss is making me pick between taking time off for this meet or GM nationals the next month, He tried to get it off for me but they said they only had me covered for Saturday and i can't make the trip up on one day off.
So unfortunately and to great Disappointment for me i can't make it t this meet.

Anyone know the Date for the next meet? I asked Matt i think he said September sometime? Let me know because i will put off for it right now to insure i get it off and i WILL be at that one.

Another good news though is their is a show close to home i really like i would've missed if i went to this and now i can go to that instead, so just swapping one car meet for another

so PLEASE someone let me know the date of the sept. one, thanks!

Does everyone have an idea as to what they're bringing for food/drinks?

 

We sould make a list who's bringing what.

 

Was gonna suggest that if there are decent grills at the park and all we need is need charcoal we just pool together some funds when we get there and have someone who lives closer grab something easy like hotdogs/burgers. Whatever is easiest for everyone.

And some bags of wood if they are charcoal grills I guess? Unless anyone has small propane grills /camp grills. Mine conked out recently

 

Yes the park does have grilles. We grilled hot dogs and hamburgers at our fall Meet last October and that worked out well. I think that'd be a great idea to do again. Others can bring drinks, pasta salad, snacks, etc.

All right, time to list up who is coming and what you're bringing. Last time, I brought hot dogs, brat's, burgers, and the charcoal. I've got the front pavilion reserved, as I do for the fall meet. That was $20. I'll bring some other goodies, but someone else can bring grilling goodies if they want. I'm thinking more like a cheese tray myself, maybe some Doritos, also.

I think everyone should bring their own table service (plates, silver or plastic ware), but that's all open, also.

This list will get lost quickly, so I'm going to copy and paste this to the 1st post in this thread. Either David or myself will keep the list as current as is possible, OK David?

By the way, I talked about doing the Lane Automotive show also, but as those going to the meet and greet here, my Intimidator is FAR from show worthy, so I'm going to back out of that event.

AND.... the fall meet and greet is Sept 21, same place, same thing. I have the front pavilion reserved for that date also.
