8th Annual Fall Color Cruise. Saint Paul to Red Wing - Sunday, October 10, 2010 - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Drive for Kids is a charity event for all of us who love cars, love driving and love contributing to a worthy cause. Help us raise money for three extremely worthy causes that are providing programs which serve at-risk youth: Bolder Options, Portage for Youth and Youth Outreach. Join WCCO Radio's Dave Lee for this scenic drive featuring natural beauty, charming villages and towns, dining, parks, galleries and antique shops. Rated by AAA as one of the top 5 drives in the US for fall color touring. Great family fun. This event is open to everyone regardless of the type of car they drive. Minnetonka Drive-In has agreed to sponsor our Car Show / Cruise In from 11AM until 3PM on the Second Sunday of OCTOBER 2010. The slogan is " Second Sunday Burgers & Cars " or SSB&C. Please participate when you can, and encourage other Car Club Members, Family, Friends, Co-Workers & Neighbors to attend the Car Shows ... just to eat, or to bring and show a car. This will be our last Show / Cruise In for the season, so be sure to attend. Any car, truck or motocycle of interest is welcome ... no classes, no judging, just good company & conversation. There isn't any cost to show a vehicle, or to view the vehicles, and the Minnetonka Drive-In has made some special offers on their food items for participates. Enjoy a nice cruise along the lake and stop in at the drive-in on County Road 15, half way between Navarre & Mound. Feel free to forward the information to anyone that you think might be interested and appreciate it.
