Woodward Ave. (where the dream cruise takes place) was the place to be if you lived in the detroit area back in the 50's, 60's, 70's. everybody went there to cruise, drag race, and just hang out.
Today, Woodward Ave. is still the hot hang out spot it was back in the day. you can still seed some good races.
if you ever head to the detroit area be sure to stop by woodward on a saturday night. its awesome
