Hey, myself and the NYMCC do several events in the area.
We are doing a Binghamton (Upstate NY) meet for a show called spiedie fest the first week in August
Looking to do a possible NJ Meet & Greet (No trophies) around the end of August at the JJ Brewery (Near the outerbridge)
We will be doing The endless summer car cruise in OCean City in October
Also there's a show called the Pumkin run held at a huge junk yard (Nostalgia Yard?) in November in Flemings(?) NJ, Tony has all the info. on this one...
That's the jist of it this year, next year we will be back at Seapirate Campground in Little Egg Harbor NJ (Tony's show in June), there's also a show we go to at Cecil Dragway also in June, as well as the GM Nationals in Carlisle PA again in June....
Let me know if your interested in any of those and I can post up times/dates/hotel info.

It varies, here's a full rundown:
Frontier Town for the Ocean City $96 Per Night:

Inside full kitchen/bath:
On full Master bed:
2 Bunk Beds (But for the life of me I was not able to get into the top bunks)
Seapirate in Little egg Harbor NJ I believe was $95 per night for a deluxe cabin, which is Kitchen, Bathroom, 1 Master bed, 1 Pull out bed, 1 bunk bed a cottage is availabe for $126 a night, and has 2 master beds (I have pics of the inside somewhere I can post if needed)
A Medium Deluxe cabin is in the background:
A bigger cottage is in the background:
Binghamton is a regular Hotel at a Quality Inn, we have a NYMCC group rate at the hotel of $90 a night
For the GM Nationals at Carlisle, we went to Quality Inn again, but no discount, I believe the double roomed bed cost me $112 a night
We ussually stay 2 nights, Drive to the shows Friday, check Inn, the shows are on Saturday, then check out Sunday morning, go for Breakfast and head home.
Other things to consider, gas money, to the show, around the show and from the show. As well as food (most important to me!) if we go out to eat on average meals (lunch/dinner) are $20, ussually most get change back others just throw it in for a bigger tip...up to you...at events like Seapirate we have sometimes chip in money or bring our own food (like baked goods like cupcakes and brownies ALWAYS a plus!) and all eat from that
There are also one day shows we do were we don't stay over like Cecil Nostalgia Car show (MAryland), NJ Meets ( By the outerbridge in NJ), Belmont Race Track car show (Long Island), Orient Point BBQ (Far out in Long Island), 2 Staten Island Car Shows each year, Pumpkin Run (New Jersey) and a whole host of others to consider....I will keep you guys/gals posted as they come up!
