This is NOT the same Monte Carlo Nationals previously ran by the NMCOA (National Monte Carlo Owners Association). Last I was aware, the NMCOA ownership decided to close the club. This is a new club resurrecting a popular event.

I would love to go and show my support for this club and their efforts raising this event (as it is a LOT of work to assemble what they are doing) but at the time I learned of it, I was all booked for another event I have been going to for around 10 years now (and sadly the dates of the events are the same). But, if you can make it, I encourage you to do so to show your support so this event has an excellent first year and will hopefully have future years to come.

 

I would love to go again to one of these!
I went to the one that was in Kentucky a few years ago and Barb was there, but I was working at the time in Tennessee. So it was close.
But this is about 831 miles for me to go.
Just roughly figured I would spend around $1500.00 to make that without the show stay and hotel there just to far to go.

 

I want to go and show my support to the event, as I help run a car show and I have a HUGE appreciation for what it takes for organizers to run something at this scale. As I mentioned, it conflicts with another event I am already booked and ready to go to. But, I will still encourage people to go to the new Monte Nationals. Hopefully in the future it will not conflict.
