i will have to see as the days get closer, it depends on what time on thursday night you want to meet. i still need to find a hotel and sign up on the site for the meet.

 

I believe the tentative plan is around 11 am... were playing it by ear til the meet gets closer...

 

Most important thing is to sign up to be a member of NMCOA first! You can do it right online but make sure you do it; you can't participate in the show unless you're a member. When you get your membership package in the mail (within two weeks of application) you will then need to fill out the registration form for the show and send that in. Also, the Association has a block of rooms at the Quality Inn (where the show is). If you want to stay on the show grounds, see if they still have anything available there.
