Had a great weekend last weekend, met up with the Buffalo area chapter of the NYMCC and did some go karting, Keane and Josh met up as well, after that Josh brought his Grand Prix GXP down for the night to go bowling.
The next day it started snowing like hell but we couldn't pass up the opportunity to get all 4 of the LS4's together!
First time Monte has seen salt since December!
Josh- Silver Grand Prix GXP
Keane- Lacrosse Super
Amanda- Impala SS
Me- Monte Carlo SS

Did a few pulls on the highway the day before (no snow! lol) with the Impala SS and the GXP! was some good close races but the GXP would get the jump on the Impala, Impala had 3 passengers though GXP just a driver, think it woulda been pretty even if jsut driver n driver!

 

There's a good chance the GXP is tuned more aggressively from the factory. I was shocked at how different Amanda's LS4 stock tune was from your Monte's stock tune.

 

That is possible, when Amanda and I raced the Monte when it was stock and Impala a few times the Monte would just walk away from the Impala like nothing lol but the GXP was a very close race maybe just one or 2 car lengths and the last race only a half of one

Pretty cool. I would have never guessed tunes would have been much different. Mike what was different in what you saw? Kinda interesting.
