Have you met the requirements for a full member yet?
Until both of those have been met, you will not be able to post in the classifieds.
Becoming a "Full Member" is done automatically once you reached two events:
You make a minimum of 10 Posts
You have been a registered member for 5 Days
You make a minimum of 10 Posts
You have been a registered member for 5 Days
