YES you should report it! Your other fellow members have reported them already 
Took care of it, we are going to remove the ability for "new" users to post comments on images, just like we make them not be able to PM.

I banned "chickenworld" earlier this morning. However, if this spammer has already posted a comment in your photo gallery, it will still be there unless it gets deleted by you or a staff member.
