I thought it was just my computer until I saw this thread. Definately annoying!

 

Turning me away from the forum

 

I don't like it either. It's a paid advertisement, and I can't get rid of it.

I'll ask if there's anything that can be done about it. But I wouldn't count on it.

I don't do facebook, twitter or anything like that except the MCF, that's pretty much the reason I like our forum......

 

It's easy enough for me to ignore. What's hanging me up is my cursor defaulting to the search box in it every time I load a page. Just now I started writing this reply then realized what I was typing was in the search box, not the message window. I've done that two or three times now. The bills need to get paid so I understand the reasoning behind IB putting it there, but I wish they'd leave my cursor alone.
