If you have a question or concern about the forum, you have many options to choose from.

If it's not a private matter, you can always post in an existing thread or create a new thread here in the "Forum Help & Suggestion" section. And someone will answer your question to the best of their abilities as soon as possible.

If it is a private matter, you can either send a Private Message (commonly referred to as a "PM"), or send an email to one of the staff.

To send a PM or email to a specific moderator or administrator, click the link inside their profile. Or click on their username and the option will be in the quick menu that pops up.

Please keep in mind that we have more than one administrator. Our Lead Administrator goes by the user name "Patrick", I am the Assistant Admin, and our tech department are also listed as administrators.

Some links on the forum that send a message to the administrator go to the tech department. So if you need to contact Patrick or myself specifically, please send us a message by PM directly to our username. Or the email link in our personal profiles.

Our moderators can be reached the same way.
