I think Sylvania makes some that are suppose to be really bright, i dont remember the name exactly, but i think autozone sells them.
I wish i could remember.

I had the 880 ones which are the fog lights... they claimed to be "cool blue" "hid like" and all that jazz and i put em in and was not impressed whatsoever... thats just my opinion though and idk how the headlights look. i just went to the real thing as far as hid's

 

I bought the Sylvania Ultra High performance ones, the ones that you see on the commercial and their pretty much was no difference in visibility at all. When I got my HID's and adjusted my headlights, I can see down the whole road.
