Normally he didn't put a #3 on it, Most of the Autographs he signed from the 90's were done in a Blue Sharpie or Black Sharpie , at least all of mine are. Here are some cool examples. One the owners manual the other is an Airbrush on the Monte Carlo.

Wow Chris, when you set your mind on a project you definitely don't mess around bro! Your panel is so classy, you outdid yourself with the trunk panel. Your doing to catch a lot of attention at the shows. Now you just need MCF member DriverNumber3 to attend a car show with you next to your Intimidator. I'm speechless, you hit a grand slam with this panel, I need to get mine finished now. I like the magnet attachment method, it's the one I use too. A few other members to include I had the extreme internal trunk heat cause the Velcro adhesive to yield causing the panel to drop onto the trunk floor.

Again, Job well done Chris!! June MOM winner too...

Thanks. I kept having ideas on what to do just nothing I was real happy with then it just hit me one day. So I sent a ton of emails to airbrush artists

Chris. that is awesome man! What a collector piece. Great addition to an already stunning car.

Just one piece of advice, since it's adhered with magnets I would keep a close eye and a tight lid on it (pardon the pun) or it might catch legs. I'm sure that's a very desirable piece to some undesirable bandits.
