Default subs or rims

i finally got a descent paying job and i just wanted some other opinions. should i go with the rims that i want first or the new subs. i was leaning towards the subs due to the fact that i will not be putting on my rims in the winter. but i actually have the money that i need to get the rims now.

Rims are the way to go. Every idiot has a loud car stereo playing music other people don't want to hear and you look like a 5 year old trying to impress people.

A set of rims are elagant, don't draw attention from the police, look impressive, and show you are grown up a bit.

Look into your own mirror & ask ?
Subs are for your ears (Can't see `rims when inside your ride)
Rims are for your eyes (See them B-4 U get in2 your ride : )

What does your own mirror say ? Safe/Happy miles 2 U

I think i am just going to upgrade the subs from alpine type s to alpine type r and then the rims are going to be falken explicit 18 inch in black gloss
i think i am going to get them from this site unless i can find a better deal than the one on here but so far this is the best that i have been able to find

i think it all depends on how much you're spending on em. if you gettin rims for a cheap price, like fall-off-the-truck prices, catch that deal. and since you already got subs, i'd get the rims first. i have some bull**** subs, but my box makes up for them, maybe you should invest in a better box, trya type 2 box from best buy.
