Stock Stereo question.
I am putting in a system in my 2002 Monte Carlo SS.
It has a factory RDS radio with OnStar. I do not want to remove the stock radio, so I can keep all chimes and have ability to easily reset my tire pressure / and oil. I was gonna mount the aftermarket somewhere else.
What I was wondering, if I was to run alternate power to my aftermarket head unit, could I just take the speaker wires out of the stock and put them in the aftermarket?
Would this work?
