Yup! Lucky me huh? I paid like $55 for it from Sonic.

That's the one I was going to get from the get go, but found the Scosche one for cheaper so I went that route. Maybe I'll get the GMOS one this time around, my buddy can get me one for pretty cheap

I preferred the chime on the kit, it sounded cleaner and I could adjust to volume of it.

Yeah, I wish I didn't have to do that but it doesn't seem to be a big deal cause my factory deck is back in there now and it's not a problem. Just sucks trying to get things done w/o the right tools......I had to use my Klein wire cutters to cut that out

It did it's job, got power to things that needed it and retained my chimes/warning messages. However, I started having lots of unexplainable/random/intermittent electrical issues shortly after the install. I don't know if it was due to the factory deck being out or a faulty interface harness but ever since my factory deck has been back in those problems have been non-existent. So this time around (last night) I relocated my factory deck using a BestKits BKA2004T but have run into another problem

The relocation went fine, but once I got everything all buttoned up I went to make sure everything powers up and what not and my P880PRS wouldn't come on. By this time it was already dark out so I let it be. I go out there this morning and pull the deck out and check for voltage at the deck harness.....I get full voltage on the yellow wire but nothing on the red one So it seems there is a problem on the relocation harness because the red wire on the deck harness is connected directly to the red wire on the relocation harness (soldered).

So I'm considering just running the red wire from the deck to a switched circuit in my fuse box so it gets power when the key is turned on.
