Program key fob with no factory radio and no wire in the trunk on the right hand side , is there any other way to program my key fob

The only way I know of is to use the wire in the trunk, maybe it was removed by someone else.
They never did it with the radio on this era car.
What year?
Did the car have a remote before?
You can check with the dealer to see if it came with one. They can give you a print out for the specs of the car based on it's VIN.

the remote control module inside the rear deck of the car.
this is the view of the sending unit for the remote control, located on the rear deck on the passenger side. The little tube is the trunk lid hinge and to the left is a speaker hole. You could check under the deck cover to see if this is back there. Maybe the wires were cut at one time.
