Default Power Window Switch

My original on the driver's door is missing a lot of paint, both on the silver and the buttons, so I thought I'd get a newer one when I went to the u-pull last week. I tried prying it out. Wouldn't move. I unscrewed both screws under the handle. No difference at all.

How does one get this bugger out? I suspect I'll also need this knowledge when I replace the blown speaker in the same door.

I haven't done it on a 2006+, but it should just pop out after you take the door panel off and unclip it from the plastic.

I know on my 2000, I would have to take the whole door panel off to access the clip.
