Can anyone with a 2006-07 monte confirm the fogs are different between impala and montes? The montes have a small clear ring around them and the impala don't. Plus if anyone would take the time to take pics of their housings...I'd love you forever. <3

I think they're the same? There's a chrome ring around them I believe on the bumper of the monte carlo, if that's what you mean because I think the two bumpers are slightly different.

 

Yeah that's exactly what I mean bro. I saw a ls like mine a couple days ago with fogs and I was like wtf?! So I'm guessing the bumpers are different? I got a pair of those fogs for mine from the junkyard to see if they fit and no go, I have space inbetween and also nothing to mount on since mine came with inserts.

 

Do they look about the same minus the highsport?

If there like the cobalt ones than they pretty much snap to the bumper & sence the montes dont have the black plastic like the impala & cobalt they got the chrome ring to cover the extra on the fog light

 

Sounds about right...wonder if the dealership sells that seperate or if I gotta get them From them

Ok sounds good & yeah a dealer can.order the chrome rings but it be expensive
