5th Gen ('95-'99): need help with aftermarket radio

Default need help with aftermarket radio

hey guys i was able to get the radio out. but the radio wires don't match up, unsurprisingly. anyone know of any wire harness adapter that can be used?

oh dang sorry! its a pioneer, the tag on the bottom said its a DEH-1100MP im presuming this is the model. I found this in a garage so just trying to save myself a few bucks.

I saw your link btw but um anything already pre-wired for both connectors?

This is what I did on my new Kenwood I got a few months ago

ok thats straight forward enough. what about the cord that looks like it belongs on head phones or something

Yeah that white connector (or black if you have the metra harness) snaps right into the stock connector.

This is on your head unit? It's an AUX input. You can hook a MP3 player up to it to play through the head unit.
