For the rear 6x9 try these

or this

i recommend components in the front 6.5" try these

http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/alpinespr-17s.aspx
or this
http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/jlaudiovr650-csi.aspx

for the head unit not sure how much you want to spend on it but for about what u looked for earlier try this
http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/cda-9884.aspx

I had the 9886 model b4 and i liked it so i would upgrade if you can instead of the 9884 i posted link to above. for a good touch screen player your going to have to spend at least 500 to 600 on it...I would recommend a kenwood screen, i feel they give you the most "bang for your buck"

For a subwoofer amp...im going to assume you want 1000W rms power...try these

I know the Pioneer headunit has a USB plug, and I'm pretty sure the Alpine does as well.

As for sub amps, we really need to know what type of subs you have, how many you have, and what their voice coil configuration is to make usefull recomendations.

Do you already have those? I'll assume it means the whole enlosure is 4 ohms, not 4 ohms per sub. If it's 4 ohms total, this amp bridged would be a good choice.

What wire do u already have...to hook up subs to an amp...i would run RCAs off the headunit to the amp...the amp needs power and ground i would recommend a 4AWG wire..a remote cable to run from headunit to amp so the amp is on only when headunit is...and finally the speaker wire from amp to subs.

Dont forget a fuse directly after hooking power up from battery.
