Default lighting question

i have the breakdown list for replacement bulbs if i want to change to the hid lights, but i'm puzzled because the list says to replace the low beam(H11) and the high beam(H9) and when it asks for the bulb size for the kit it has H9 and H11, which would i choose?

Depends on which one you want to replace.

P.S. HID's are illegal and not designed for our headlights.

Cliff Notes:

Unless you run them into a properly set up projector headlight it's illegal.

the h11 is low beam. im running them in my fog lights and low beams. i dont know what state your in or city or what not but im running them and havent gotten a ticket. cops have better things to do. youll probably have to switch them out for inspection but other then that you should be fine.

Pretty much correct, but you never know. Tint over 35% is also illegal, but that usually doesn't stop people from getting it.

pretty much

i'm gonna get a 6k low beam kit pretty soon. after seeing a lot of other cars with hid kits, it doesn't look as bad as some people make it out to be. 6k is around the brightest, purest white light in the spectrum with just a hint of blue. but not enough blue to make me look like a tool driving at night
