Smile License Plate Frame

Just put a neon light license plate frame on. Photos later when it gets dark enough to see.

I don't know if they are illegal in Illinois but always something to check into. I like the style though!

It's funny when you read about things that are illegal in your state. Like Robyn said it's illegal in PA, so as I'm reading, I was just thinking hmmm I hope it didn't take long because it'll be off in a night :P
