Hey, I am trying to get a feel for what kinda stuff most of the forum is into as far as custom audio installs. I recently made some panels for a Camaro. My brother-in-law does competition stuff and made a custom box and wanted custom panels for it so I made a couple for him. It is a pure 100% prepreg carbon fiber panel, absolutely no glass. I cooked the vinyl decal with it so it won't peel off. Again I want to see if there is interest in this type of product and if so would you be willing to buy something like this, or yeah cool to look at but wouldn't buy that.

thats pretty cool. can you do one in SS? i might be finishing off my trunk around the subs. i think it would add some elegant touch with a blue light on it. if you can let me know.

 

Uhm, yeah, the lettering is easy, just vinyl decal cooked with the carbon. or, what just a minute, maybe I could make an "SS" in carbon instead of a rectangle, is that what you mean? oh, man you really got my brain wonderning the hamsters upstairs are smoking on the old wheel.

as far as price, let me think about it. i will get back to you with a price by 2morrow. maybe sooner. let me work on an "SS" font.

 

inssanity21, i think i got a good font to use. picture attached its a photoshop, i just wanted to show you the font. i still have to think about the price, cause this would be more involved because of cutting the letters out. the only problem i see with this is the letters are not connected, so alignment on install would be, up to you as far as keeping them lined up.
