I want those ice blue headlights, you know the type the Benz or BMW have,when there passing you on the Highway its like there blue! Not the Bright Whites!What are they called and where can I get them, I heard those cars actually have the bulb and headlight tinted that color..... I dunnoo

They are HID's. if you want a blue tint then get the 8000K set.

 

do the 10,000k bulbs. i just put a pair of them in my buddy's G6 and they are nice! very slick. i really liked the blue tint of them

 

Is that kit really that good?...its only like $120. When my friend priced them for a cavalier they were way more than that, or is this one of those "you get what you pay for" deals. I mean everything you need is there it just seems kinda cheap. For the money i would just throw a set of silverstars in it. they are about as bright as you can get without converting to HID and actually do make a difference. but thats just my opinion, some people may hate them

 

Well first off the HIDs on luxary and high end cars aren't actually blue. Ive done some research into this before and your eye perceives them as blue only at an angle but they are actually just very high color temp white.

That being said any HIDs will give you that look but I agree with black04, just get silverstar ultras. They are much cheaper and they are definitly brigter and slightly whiter compared with the horrible stock bulbs. I have them on my reg headlights and brights. Well worth the money.

 

Would HID's be possible to put on an 86' MC as well?
