My neighbor came to me the other day having a problem with his HID install. Everything looked okay, but when I tested the ballasts neither had any output. Even though he said he double checked his wiring I found that when he inserted the wiring pigtails for the factory bulb harnesses into the ballasts the legs in the socket spread outward and weren't making contact. I straightened the legs, plugged the pigtails back in and his lights now work. This may not be your problem, but it's worth a look. Just looking at the pigtails it appeared that they were properly installed (they were completely seated) but lack of contact inside is what caused the lights not to work.

Mike , I'm gonna check that out, otherwise I'm calling DDM's customer service.

An old but necessary update: the HIDs are working! I needed to reverse the polarity, but when I originally attempted doing so, I did it incorrectly. After getting on the phone with a customer service representative from DDM Tuning, I was able to sort it all out. Extremely friendly staff. I will post some pics. Gotta remount the ballasts soon.
