So I just noticed the plastic covering the lightbulb came off(seen in bottom right corner), any way to get it back into place?

I am not sure but I think you would have to completely take it off then put it back on. That would probably be the best way is you would know that you get it perfectly sealed so no water or anything gets in it. I know there is videos on YouTube that explain better on how to do it or one of the other forum members can explain it.

Their is no official standard when it comes to Kelvin colors. Most kits will say 6000k is white anything above is more blue anything below is more yellow. But other will say 3000k or 4000k is white. So its hit or miss what color you get. My 6000k have a hint of green in them.

You want to put it back in to place if possible. It is designed to stop you from blinding other drivers. The best bet is to gently heat the lens up till you can remove the lens. Then re-assemble it. If you have a litte bit of mod money laying around I would buy a set of projector headlights instead. They look cleaner and are safer. Your lenses look pretty pitted anyways.

I did the headlight lense removal and reinstall. Kind of a pain, but essentially it involved using an oven and clamps. There is a thread on here for that for sure. Interesting to know the amber piece actually separates from the lense body.

I only have about 250$ set aside for mods right now..
And if I get projector headlights wouldn't that mean I just wasted 75$ on my hid's for nothing?

Im pretty sure you still need ballasts power to HID's in projectors. I haven't put projectors on a monte yet but im pretty sure you still need all the HID kit stuff.
