i have a 2000 monte carloand recently my head lights have been actin wierd and now they just wont turn on. at first the low beams would always work and to get the high beems to work you need to flick the switch a few times. that or hold the lever back and the high beems stayed on. now they wont turn on at all. lows or highs. u can hold the lever back and the highs flash on. i cant even turn the on with the **** clear to the left side of the dash....i think its the switch in the steering column but iam no electrichian[&:]

 

i belive you're right, but if i were you id pay someone to replace that monstracity of a job

ya wiz kid but thats not the problem part it in the turn signal deal...the dimmer part.
