Got my sub in, now everything rattles :P
Well i finally installed my sub last night! Kept the stock headunit and just got the hi low converter and attached it to the Amp in the trunk. Also ran a switch into the center console to switch the subs on and off Thing is now everytime the bass hits hard, i hear all this rattling in the back seat. Its not the sub thats rattling. First i found that these child seat things on the each side of the back seat were dangling so they were vibrating against the plastic. So i placed them back into their little holder and it seem good for a bit. But now i still hear rattle! Its bugging the **** outta me Did anyone have this problem when they installed their sub?

Well i found out a bit of what the rattle is. It seems to be the speaker grilles in the back. When i push down on them the rattle goes away. Also when i have the back seat down there is no rattling at all and the bass sounds awesome! Any ideas guys

I dont care about outside shaking noise, its more inside the car. When seats are up theres alot of rattle coming from the back and the bass is lower. When seats are down, rattle is gone and bass is loud?

Hmm stumping you? (No pun intended right?)
I know a quick fix!...(dont use the subs)
Since theres so much "Plastic" used now a days its near impossible to completely remove the "rattleing"... Due to the LO tones comeing from the subs...What they call in the industry...Brown notes (tones)....
As mentioned before you could use any type of sound deadning material
to help alleviate some of it....I had mine sound proofed when it was built....But it still didnt eliminate all of it..and I have right around 4000 watts running thru mine!
